Our Prayer Calendar

Thank you for praying for us!

Friday, July 31 - Departing from Greensboro our flight leaves at 6:30 am bound for Quito, Ecuador. Pray that everyone’s alarms will work and that our group of 14 would have safe, and on time travel to Quito. We are taking a lot of supplies so prayer that our luggage would make it without any issues. (We're expecting over 25-30 bags.) Once we arrive in Quito the staff from El Refugio camp will pick us up and drive us to the camp about 30 minutes away. Our team is made up of 6 teenagers and 8 adults. Many are going on their first mission trip, prayer that they would feel God’s presence during the trip and that he would grow us all into a deeper relationship with Him!

Saturday, August 1 - We will work on building projects around the camp. Please pray for safety and unity for our team.  Pray for our morning devotions and our evening time that we would grow closer to Jesus and to each other every day glorifying God through our actions, words, and deeds.

Sunday August 2 - We will worship at a local church and visiting Quito. Pray for a great outpouring of His Spirit, and that every soul present feel the deep love of Jesus. Pray that we would have safety while in Quito.

Monday, August 3 – Friday August 7 we will be doing work projects around the camp and at a local church in the morning and then helping to lead a VBS for about 70 kids in the afternoon.

Please continue to pray for our safety, team unity, health, flexibility, spiritual growth for team members, and that those we impact would feel the love of Jesus. Also pray for tender hearts during the VBS and that many of the kids would learn how much Jesus loves them and how He desires to have a person relationship with them.

Saturday, August 8 - We start our travel back home. We will arrive back to Greensboro at approximately 11:00 pm.  Safe, and on time travel would be a blessing.
